Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Business Partner, the Talent Administrator plays a key administrative role in supporting the talent team across Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Internal Communications. 


Your Responsibilities

  • Manage shared email inboxes including Careers, Learning and Development, and Internal Communications, acting as first point of contact for routine queries, escalating to the relevant Talent team member as required. 
  • Provide general administrative support to the Learning and Development team, including but not limited to, scheduling relevant training activities and maintaining learning records.  
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) by enrolling participants, generating reports, troubleshooting access issues and maintaining learning dashboards and metrics.  
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team by screening CVs, managing mass mailshots, scheduling recruitment events, and generating reports for talent attraction initiatives. 
  • Manage and maintain iCIMs (recruitment platform) by handling user accounts, email templates, offer letters, and onboarding tasks. Provide user training, troubleshoot issues and process data requests. 
  • Support employer branding and recruitment teams by assisting with coordination of careers fairs, managing branding materials, maintaining job board presence and performance tracking. 
  • Generate scheduled and ad hoc reports related to talent operations and analytics.  
  • Support the Talent team with any additional strategic projects and initiatives. 


Perform any other tasks reasonably required to be undertaken in accordance with the instructions of the Reporting Manager. 


Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Experience in an administrative position.   
  •  Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.   
  •  Good communicator and able to build rapport.   
  •  Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.   
  •  Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills.   
  •  Possess a high level of attention to detail.
